Palais du Tau is one of the five Marne sites listed as a UNESCO world heritage site by the UNESCO. Located next to the cathedral, you enter the archbishop's Palace of Reims by the main courtyard. Built in 1690 by Mansart and Robert de Cotte, this site is now the museum of the cathedral's work. You will find the statuary removed from the cathedral and the tapestries of "Fort roy Clovis" woven in Arras at the end of the 15th century. They decorate the royal banquet hall where the sovereign and his retinue after the coronation ceremony. The archbishop's chapels of the 13th century, the Treasure room of the 12th-century cathedral, the nave of the 15th-century Saint Ursule, adjoining the royal banquet hall. Other rooms are dedicated to the evocation of the last royal coronation celebrated in Reims in 1825 for Charles X.

Closed on January 1st, May 1st, 1st and November 11th, December 25th. Low season: open Tuesday to Sunday and public holidays from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm. High season: Tuesday to Sunday and public holidays from 9.30am to 6.30pm. Open every day except Monday. High season from May to September. Free for under 18-year-olds. Adult: €8 (reduced: €6.50). Group (20 people): €6.50. Tourisme & Handicap label.

Musée collé à la cathédrale de Reims, au patrimoine de l'UNESCO, indispensable pour en apprendre plus sur l'histoire de Reims je recommande.

A visiter, juste à côté de la cathédrale. La visite pour transporte dans l'histoire de la cathédrale, notamment l'incendie, la guerre. Un must.

A voir ! L'un des sites classés au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco. Juste à côté de la cathédrale de Reims. Visitez la chapelle basse, la salle du festin avec une très belle et grande cheminée, la salle au trésor, la salle du couronnement de la Vierge et de nombreuses sculptures.
Chèques vacances acceptées pour les entrées du musée. Belle boutique à la sortie (nombreux livres intéressants).
