On the menu, the great classics of gastronomy are adorned with creative notes and more exotic flavors that will take you on a journey through Asia and the Mediterranean basin. Saltimbocca with Parma ham and mozza, burrata with basil, tuna and sea bream tartar Japanese style, Chinese salad with shrimp and pineapple, lamb mouse confit 7 hours, sabayon with champagne, all finely executed creations that will make you melt.
