2-star restaurant in a green setting offering quality local specialities and a black truffle menu
In a green setting, the restaurant of the Domaine des Crayères is a jewel of Champagne gastronomy. It is run by Philippe Mille, double starred chef and "meilleur ouvrier de France", accompanied by pastry chef Yann Normand. On the menu, quality local specialities skillfully crafted in refined combinations. The dishes go well with the wine and champagne list selected by the master sommelier. In January and February, the Park offers a black truffle menu, the opportunity to taste the Potée des Sacres, which combines truffle and champagne.
