A beautiful nugget to discover in the gallery of the Carrefour Cernay shopping centre: Lilia Benmelhal's cuckoo bar! An innovative concept that revamps the ancestral recipe for cuckoo cheese. It's up to you to compose your own dish! With wheat semolina, bulgur, barley, filled with pumpkin, merguez, chickpeas or grapes, all fantasies are allowed! For a quick lunch, opt for a traditional tabbouleh with mint and at snack time, indulge yourself with the Tunisian handmade pastries: baklawa, makroudh and samsa!
