Chefs' recipes, in agreement

The great starred chefs of the region will meet for a unique culinary performance! Under the eyes of the public, each chef will create a dish to accompany a particular vintage of champagne, awarded by drawing lots. These recipes will then be offered for free tasting. An ideal event to discover the gastronomy of the Champagne region in harmony with the most beautiful vintages.

Food and wine matching workshops

For the epicurean visitors, educational workshops will be offered to learn about food and champagne pairing. Fun activities, in the colours of Champagne gastronomy, so that everyone can evaluate their oenological talents and develop them. Always in a friendly atmosphere!

For the little ones...

The little bakers' competition

Offered to children aged 8 to 12, the little pastry chefs compete on the theme of Christmas by making a dessert in front of the public. With the help of members of the Association des Métiers de Bouche, the children then present their creation to a jury who selects the best Christmas dessert.
