New decor and new map for this hotel just a few steps from the city center, famous in Saint-Dizier and still has a nice terrace near the Jard Park. The restaurant always offers authentic French cuisine dishes, which are tastefully restored. The plates are elegant and copious. In addition to the homemade homemade liver, we recommend the salad cheese salad with nuts that present in a warm and toasted version the three cheeses star of Haute-Marne (langres, chevillon and chaource), as well as the stoves of the stove sauce or filet of rouget champagne. The various menus will delight all gourmets. The service is pleasant and warm.
