SAINT-MARTIN-ÈS-VIGNES CHURCH
Saint Martin was one of the hooks united in Troyes for the better and for the worse in 1856: at the time it was connected to Sainte-Savine, Croncel and Saint-Jacques. Each of these hamlets had his church, hence the large number of religious sites in the city. Saint-Martin-ès-Vignes hides behind a large facade of the late sixteenth century, a church of the late sixteenth century and the beginning of the seventeenth century. The stained glass windows are beautiful, especially those of Linard-Gonthier, master of the xviith century masters and artist unrivaled in the art of glass painting: see the signs of the Virgin's life to convince himself, and in particular that of the marriage of the Virgin and Saint Joseph. The environment and the location are not idyllic, but a small square allows parking and a small detour.
