Grande adepte de la couture, je me rends régulièrement chez Ellen pour faire le réassort de tissus et autres produits de mercerie. Il y a toujours du choix aussi bien au vestimentaire qu'à l'ameublement et les vendeuses sont toujours à l'écoute et de bons conseils avec le sourire. Je n'ai jamais été déçue en ressortant d'une de mes visites. J'ai récemment fait faire des rideaux avec œillets et je suis ravie du résultat !

Je suis très déçue par Ellen. Mes double-rideaux ont été coupés à la mesure et façonnés par Ellen. Je me demande comment ils ont pu être contrôlés et m'être remis alors que le travail a été si mal exécuté. Je ne sais pas coudre et je passe donc par des professionnels pour le faire, mais quel désastre ... C'est honteux. Le fil blanc utilisé pour coudre le ruban fronceur a été trop tiré et dépasse sur les rideaux rouges. Le ruban fronceur n'a même pas été coupé droit si bien qu'il dépasse sur les côtés du rideau, ... C'est un désastre.

Hello, I am very disappointed by the welcome of the person responsible for the reimbursement of parking expenses. Indeed, this proposed service is attractive, but it was rejected by a person who was rather antipathetic and who showed a very bad image of the store in my view. Indeed, we exceeded the hour of a few minutes because one of the employees was unable to cut the fabric. He had to call on one of his colleagues. Because of this independent time of our will, we were denied the rebate because the closing time was slightly exceeded and the lady had closed his box and did not want to bother to open it again. Moreover, the person was abhorrent by his behavior. The price of parking is not much, but respect for customers seems to me to be much more important and should not be taken lightly. I don't want to go back. Very disappointed with this attitude…
