Things to see and do Aix-Villemaur-Pâlis

At the departure of the tourist office, this hiking tour takes you to the discovery of the small town of Aix-en-Othe. In a dozen steps and less than 4 kilometres, you will have a good overview of its historical and natural heritage. Saint-Avit Chapel is your first step. Built in the th century, it is now listed in the historical monuments Inventory. The cemetery is your second step: if it seems a sad visit, focus on the funeral monuments Millot and Zambianchi, the rich architecture. The hall, Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativity church, and-de-la-Assomption and City Hall are steps 5, 6, and 7 respectively. Before reaching the Freedom tree, note the remains of the fortress castle: in the th century, it welcomed the upto de Troyes. Finally, go to the Fountains Park to complete your cultural circuit.
