La Péniche is moored on the quays of l'Isle, at the foot of the Saint-Georges bridge, and one can enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas of the cathedral from the terraces. At the helm, chef Nicolas Lamstaes has a solid experience. In particular, he earned a star with Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV of Monaco, then opened his own business, Le L, before embarking on La Péniche created by Guillaume Dalix. He remains loyal to local producers and knows how to make the most of what each season has to offer to deliver recipes that combine local produce with his own personal invention.
