Nontron has a long tradition of knife making. Every year the oldest knife in France is celebrated. More than 100 exhibitors are waiting for you during this weekend; cutlers, craftsmen, creators and retailers from all over the world. You will discover their practices, their techniques, their creativity. A dozen workshops will take place over the two days and will delight children and adults alike: forging, flint knapping, engraving on handles and blades, etc. An opportunity to acquire an authentic Nontron knife.

For collectors, it is the perfect place. All the regions are presented in the art of the cutlery. It is unfortunately the exhibition is run sale (a sometimes excessive prices...) that production. To see however.
