Restaurant offering a very copious breakfast and favoring home cooking
The Cadusia, the ancient name of Chaource, of the time of Carolingian king Charles le Chauve. Here, we prefer home cooking and a willingness to stand on the page with fashionable colors. We also darken lobster, local champagne or eggs! The plates are nicely prepared. The restaurant is pleasantly comfortable on occasions, with Valentine's or Easter menus. The hotel also offers a modern hotel with underground parking. The staff were very helpful and the staff were very helpful.
