This former coaching inn has become a hotel-restaurant ideally located in the centre of Montignac. On the garden side, the terrace and the swimming pool are very pleasant, especially for lunch or dinner. On the bistro side, with a brasserie decor with wooden chairs and a marble bistro table, or on the restaurant side, more luxurious. The menu is the same. In the kitchen, Romuald Carpentier, assisted in summer by three other cooks, offers a simple cuisine made from the products that make the Périgord famous, duck breast, confit, foie gras, tagliatelle with ceps, truffles...
