Museum of the Battle located in a former century guardhouse, retracing the glorious moments of Rocroi's history
Located in a former 17th century guardhouse, the Battle of Rocroy Museum recounts the glorious moments of that morning when the famous Spanish tercios, undefeated for a century, were annihilated by the Duke of Enghien, Louis II of Burgundy and future Grand Condé. An interactive show of about twenty minutes explains the political situation of the time, the movement of the armies and the movement of the regiments in the heart of the "lightning battle".
