Passionate about cooking since childhood, Christophe offers sincere, authentic terroir cuisine, using fresh seasonal produce.
Marked by his collaboration with Hélène Darroze and his friendship with Yoann Gérard Huet, both Michelin-starred chefs, he strives to revisit tradition, with great attention paid to the quality of products and the aesthetics of his dishes. In line with this commitment to quality, he was awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur in 2010.
