It is one of the oldest and most surprising villages in the Loir-et-Cher. Trôo is a troglodytic town situated on the hillside and can be visited on foot, which is the best way to discover its rich heritage. The streets are transformed into terraces, become stairs, paths and always lead to very nice views of the Loir after having gone along picturesque cellars. A walk full of surprises, undoubtedly, and which will enchant young and old who love adventure! There are also many original guest houses. Don't miss the Fête de la musique de Trôo, on the Saturday closest to 21 June.
