La Tourte du Lardin, owned by Jessica and Jonathan, is a bakery-pastry shop known, among other things, for its Périgord baguette made with Périgord flour, but also for its pastries. In the bakery, the dough is worked slowly by hand, and salt from the Ile de Ré is added. A chain of traceability that guarantees the customer a product that couldn't be more local.
