Les jardins de l'Évêché, located in impasse Saint-Jean, were redeveloped in 1991 and now house a rose garden, a garden of the senses and an aromatic garden. The gardens are ideally located, with magnificent views over the city and the Loire. The rose garden is characterized by its vivid colors and scents emanating from the best varieties of fragrant roses on display, carefully selected by its designers Arnaud Maurières and Eric Ossart. The garden of the senses, meanwhile, offers facilities to stimulate visitors' sensory faculties.

Opening time and information on BISHOP'S GARDENS

Open all year round. Gardens open from 8 a.m. to dusk. The rose garden is open during the summer season (May 7 to September 30) from 11 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. on weekdays, and from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. on weekends. Free access. Dogs not allowed.
