Chef Thibault's love of the Périgord Noir region has brought him to Hautefort, where he delights in welcoming guests to discover his terroir. His cuisine is based on creative, personal interpretations of tradition: crispy soft-boiled egg with glazed turnip, double fillet of sea bass with cauliflower mousseline, or for dessert, an apple-pineapple brunoise. The setting is as efficient as the cuisine, with a modern bistro style that rejuvenates the traditional beams. Our favorite is the à la carte Troubadour burger!

Une cuisine soignée et un service de très bonne qualité. Nous avons passé un bon moment ! Un petit bémol pour le rapport qualité prix cependant.

Restaurant ouvert en dehors de la période touristique, merci pour les gens qui habitent la. Bonne nourriture, le chef fait de bons plats.
