Xavier and Isabelle Frissant welcome you to the heart of their estate which includes the Touraine-Amboise and Touraine appellations. This family of winegrowers from father to son for 8 generations exploits its vines on 15 hectares, located in the heart of the Loire Valley vineyard. The vineyard is organic. The Amboise wines are made from the chenin grape variety for the whites and the côt noir grape variety for the reds. The Touraine wines are made from the sauvignon grape variety. They also cultivate a rare grape variety, the "Fié Gris", which stands out for its rich, delicate, smooth and floral side.
