In Montbazon, L'Évidence has established itself as one of Touraine's finest restaurants. Since 2019, starred chef Gaëtan Evrard has been creating exceptional, intuitive and inspired cuisine. There's no fixed menu here: menus evolve with the seasons and the chef's discoveries. Choice meats and fish, picked vegetables, Touraine saffron, truffles and mature cheeses are transformed into bold, refined dishes. The cellar showcases wines from the Loire Valley and other French vineyards, all in elegant surroundings and impeccable service.
