This gourmet bistro is a not-to-be-missed address in southern Touraine! In a very pleasant setting, chef Emmanuel Cesary offers inventive, revisited cuisine, always based on fresh, seasonal produce. Dishes are always beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. It's a pleasure for the eyes and, of course, for the palate. Fish, meat and homemade desserts never cease to surprise.
