We offer us a lunch cruise for our wedding anniversary in the month of September 2013 but we could invite only starting from April 2014 to reserve, which we did, without success, as always on answering machine... Then we tried by e-mail, still no answer, then another email or finally we manage to have an answer... Day before us still send an email confirmation to them as what we come the next day at noon, history to move for nothing... But we were reassured, people who have given this gift to us tell us that the cheque had been removed in the week. We will keep our 3 children and cover the 120 mi to arrive at the port. And there, surprise, we are not expected, there is a group of 50 people, no place for us, or meal in because the group is planned in formula picnic while we had a formula more elaborate with drinks included. Thus tells us that make us! Staff very nice (fortunately) attempted to the owners, without success. There is also another couple as us who was made and have had 1:00 of road (2:00 for us) which had to return empty-handed.
In other words, we do not doubt the cruise is nice but still need to be able to go on the boat. According to staff, it is not the first time avenue, they looked patrons... Finally, assessment disappointed, our family also since they had this gift offered to us. We can not retenterons of course and it is a pity to treat the guest so when you have such a beautiful tools...

Je pensais leur faire découvrir via cette petite croisière la confluence et quelques villages autour de Candes/Montsoreau et le menu semblait très correct.
Malheureusement , nous n'avons pas eu de croisière, n'avons pas été prévenus et avons du interpeller le patron du bateau car nous avons seulement fait quelques mètres jusqu'à sur l'ilot en face de Montsoreau....très surpris, monsieur ne voyait pas le problème....
Pourquoi? la Vienne et la Loire ne seraient pas navigable du fait de la sécheresse.....oui mais pas envisageable de revoir le prix ou pour le moins nous prévenir pour que nous prenions notre décision en fonction des nouvelles conditions.
Nous sommes de la région chinonaise où l'on mange et boit plutôt bien surtout pour un repas à environ 70 € / personne
Or, ce repas n'est pas digne même d'une simple petite brasserie ( le pâté chez liddle est meilleur! le poulet bien gras et le dessert qui devait être une tarte vigneronne (spécialité de cette région) s'est transformé en moelleux aux pommes
Menu et service lamentable....dès que nous avons commencé à poser des questions et manifester notre étonnement, nous avons essuyé des petites réflexion
Bref vraiment pas classe!
