Patrice Moenne-Loccoz has been pursuing his little man in this city for 20 years. It serves gourmet cuisine with fresh and often local produce. The ravioli of the country's goat cheese are savored, snails of snails, pickerel quenelles, the guinea fowl thigh, the beef filet and wild gambas. Desserts are just as tempting: to the three chocolates, financial pistachio pistachio, almond, heart-based heart of chocolate, sanded lemon and banana… The wine list is rich and children are entitled to a real menu to taste also local flavors. La cuisine est toujours aussi bonne et raffinée. Seul bémol, le cadre aurait besoin d'être rajeuni. Mais nous y revenons toujours avec autant de plaisir.
