At the Café bleu, we proclaim it loud and clear: "everything is home-made, with passion". In this contemporary setting, local products are honored. The chef Sandy Alexandre works in the kitchen to make you taste a generous cuisine, inspired by the South-West. If you want to taste the marrow bone au gratin, the foie gras and its citrus marmalade or the lamb mouse confit with thyme, the place is worth a visit. The welcome is warm and smiling, the decor pleasant, and the owners will make you appreciate their traditional cooking.

Le décor est planté en arrivant avec la cathédrale de Chartres ????. Accueil des serveuses est sympathique, on a apprécié la qualité du repas "fait maison" pour un prix correct . Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.

Ce restaurant a changé de nom et s'est agrandi. Très bien placé juste à côté de la cathédrale et pourtant les prix sont très corrects. Bonne cuisine et service sympathique mais le personnel court trop entre les tables, c'est pénible. En plein centre ville et grand parking souterrain à proximité.

Service très agréable, les plats sont relativement originaux et très copieux. Et quand le soleil le permet vous pouvez manger en terrasse en admirant la cathédrale. Une bonne adresse à Chartres.
