The ASPTT Lille Karate Club is a renowned family martial arts club in the Lille metropolis: to his assets, almost 30 years of practice and 300 black ceintures! With more than two hundred licensees, children and adults, he has received numerous regional and even international titles. It teaches traditional karate, shotokan, with Bruno Verfaillie, technical Director 6 e DAN, but also other variants of this combat sport such as karate contact, karate defence training or the karate body. The atmosphere is a pleasant, studious and friendly atmosphere. The club offers a discovery session during which the most sceptical will be surprised to enjoy deep teaching and a framed practice. Forget the image of the mindless, here we don't break bricks with your arm, we learn the subtlety of techniques, of Nihon-Nukite (attack with the fingers in fork) at Of-Uchi (la)… Feet, legs, arms and fists are all solicited so much the richness of this martial art is great!
