Gueuleton is the story of three bon vivants who became friends through their shared passion for gastronomy and local produce. After opening several successful restaurants, they arrived in Lille with their gourmet cuisine and irresistible meats. In concrete terms, you come here to experience good food, and you get served (copiously!). Low-temperature pork belly, beef skirt steak with caviar, matured rib-eye steak, you name it! Service top et convivial, bon conseil sur le vin.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment ????
Mon seul regret est qu il n y ai pas d os a moelle en entrée lors de notre venu. Cela dit, les palourdes étaient top.
La cuisine est excellente, la viande maturée avait un goût exceptionnel, la cuisson était parfaite et les accompagnements en grande quantité. La carte des vins était top.
Nous sommes sortis du restaurant avec le sourire aux lèvres.
