L'Île de Yoga is an association based in Lille that offers Hatha Yoga classes based on the Iyengar method. The teaching of yoga according to B.K.S. Iyengar is based on the in-depth practice of yoga postures and yogic breathing. Iyengar yoga is taught all over the world and can be practised at any age, while respecting the physical limitations of each individual.
