Badlands is a national park in South Dakota that I had heard very little about before my trip to the Rockies. I went there with the assurance of finding a very beautiful site, a national park, but without really knowing what to expect. What a surprise then to discover its unusual and yet so little known reliefs. The most memorable moments of my time in the park: a walk over the rocky concretions with the air of lunar wandering and when I found myself, almost alone, in the company of herds of hinds and rams galloping in the glowing light of the sunset.
