Maui's bus transit system, called Maui Bus, is operated by Roberts Hawaii and funded by Maui County. It comprises fourteen bus routes serving the communities of Maui Central, South, West, Haiku, Kula and Upcountry. All routes operate seven days a week, including holidays, and vehicles are accessible to people with reduced mobility. No transfers are possible between lines. Monthly passes are available for purchase and are valid for one calendar month. They can be purchased from bus drivers, at the Maui County Business Resource Center in Kahului, and at the Wharf Cinema Center management office.
