This forest was first born in the imagination of some foresters who went to collect cedar seeds in the Algerian Middle Atlas. The cedar forest forms a massif of 250 hectares, divided between the communes of Bonnieux, Lacoste and Ménerbes. There are a lot of walks to do and the levels are quite easy. This fully natural place combines four forest acrobatic paths with levels varying from the most accessible to the most extreme one. The Yakamonter route is an easy green path for adults and children of 8 years old and above. Tozrapa is a difficult red course accessible as from 1.40 m. Tuframoinlmalin is an even more difficult purple course accessible as from 1.45m. Teoug is a very difficult black course accessible as from 1.50m. Whatever the course chosen, it will take you about 3 hours. We start by a bicycle ride of 2 kilometres along Le Loup river, then we head to the mini via-ferrata on the cliffs through the trees punctuated with overhead landscapes, rope bridges and ziplines among which the longest one of France measuring 331 metres! Helmets, gloves, harnesses and snap hooks are provided on the spot.

Due to his success in the creation of his classical dance school, jazz, gym and ground bar for all levels from 4 years old, Krystel Drazovic, a graduate professor of state, continues his lessons this year. A dancer in the opera of Toulon, Metz, and then Prague, she settled in the south of France to give courses, at the conservatory of Avignon, and then at Capelette. She now leads her own school, two steps from the subway. Parents can even park easily. All students show their progress at the end of the year during a show.

Approaching the magnificent creeks from Cassis rather than from Marseille is just as wonderful, even more intimate. There are different formulas depending on your desires and time.
