This distillery has been created by Henri Bellet in 1922. The shop, close to the distillery, seduces by its scents of plants and fruits. All the liqueurs made from macerated plants (verbena, thyme, génépi...) by the house are there, starting with the guignolet Bellet, the first creation, followed by the specialities "la châtaigne royale", a liqueur made by infusion of chestnuts, and the fruity aperitifs, such as "le Bell'pêche", "la myrtille". Without forgetting the liqueurs made from génépi and gentian, nor the green pastis, a mixture of aniseed and verbena to be tasted with 4 to 5 times its volume of water added. Located in the heart of Sarlat, the store sells alcohols made in the old Lapouge Distillery in Madrazes, founded in 1860, which later became Distillerie du Périgord. Their offer is based on the Périgord region: ratafia, walnut liqueurs, truffle or chestnut based aperitifs... Not forgetting their range of Lascaw whisky, aged between 5 and 20 years! The Distillerie du Périgord has also launched culinary aids: wines and infusions of mushrooms ready to use for deglazing, marinating, flaming... Recipes are even available on their website!

Camille and Benjamin have been making artisanal natural spirits and liqueurs for over 10 years, and created one of the first Patxaran in the Northern Basque Country. Their specialties are well known: Patxaran, Manzana, Patxaka, Basque Pastis, Gin and craft beers. 2024 marks a turning point, with the takeover of Txopinondo (Sagarno apple wine), and the opening (at last!) of their boutique-bar-tasting room to enjoy their specialities after work or later in the evening!

Welcome to the temple of fine spirits made according to ancestral methods. A guarantee of quality, this house is in the bosom of the famous Burgundian liquorist, Védrenne, the leader of Dijon's crème de cassis. Regularly rewarded, it uses neither extracts nor aromas. On the shelves, liqueurs, eaux-de-vie, fruit creams, but also original condiments, oils, chutney... The Distillery also produces mustards, violet with grape must, ceps or Espelette chilli pepper.

Olivier Buisine has an unusual and little-known job: he's an itinerant distiller. He comes to your home and distills your fruit macerations to extract the best eau-de-vie. In winter, Olivier distills for private customers as well as for himself: it's in summer that liqueurs, aperitifs and eaux-de-vie are available for sale. Once the still has been put away, the plums, Agen prunes, pears, reines-claudes... are ready to be tasted. A fascinating encounter.

It's a store familiar to the people of La Rochelle, and not just because it's located in the heart of the city. When you arrive at Place de Verdun, you'll only have to walk a few meters to enter a pretty boutique, that of the Bossuet family. For almost 35 years, it has been showcasing some of the department's pride and joy: pineau, cognac, Charentais liqueurs and more, having won numerous awards at national French wine competitions. Rates are identical to those of the estate less than an hour away, near Saintes. There, you'll discover an old copper still, as well as the ageing cellar, which you can visit on your own.

With an estate of 60 hectares of Fins Bois and Petite Champagne vines, bordered by the Charente river and cradled by a family history, it's a pleasure to discover the Moisans distillery, its 12 stills, its ageing cellars and the mansion where visitors are welcomed.

They sell their signature cognacs on site or online: DEAU Cognac, Roland Bru Cognac and Cognac Moisans. Their expertise also extends to blending and maturing spirits, and their wine list includes pineau and a range of cocktails.

It's a fine traditional distillery with a fine reputation. This traditional distillery was founded by Raymond Gatinel, then a "bouilleur ambulant", and is now run by his son Jacques, who carefully preserves the secrets of making pear, plum, cherry, apricot and other eaux-de-vie. Matthieu's distillery produces gin and whisky. And not just any range: single malt with top-of-the-range gin, fresh, elegant, with a subtle taste of alcohol, ideal for gin and tonics and other cocktails. And whisky too. Ingredients for the gin, such as juniper berries and citrus fruits, are picked in the Basque Country. As for whisky, the barley is harvested in the Orthez region of Béarn, while Guiche's forthcoming organic production is awaited. These nectars can be found in fine delicatessens and cellars throughout the region and beyond.

In Eysines, Le Comptoir du rhum is THE rum specialist, with over 1,300 references of rums from the West Indies and around the world! In this cavern full of treasures, you'll find a 100% rum cellar with punches, rhums arrangés, white rums, aged rums, and collector's bottles with over a hundred exceptional rums. At the end of June, the Salon du Rhum is an opportunity for Sandy to put on a variety of events, including arm-wrestling and domino contests.
