Topa cider ("the encounter" in Basque) is an exceptional beverage. With a long history in the Basque country, it has been a success for 6 years, thanks to the tenacity of 2 friends, Pascal and Grégoire, the founders of this artisanal nugget located in Bidart. Topa cider, which can be found on fine tables, in wine shops and delicatessens, is made from over 12 varieties of apples grown in the orchards of the Basque country. Its fruity, aromatic character comes from 4 months of natural fermentation at low temperature. Numerous awards!

The Basque Country is famous for Kupela (barrel in Basque), one of the region's leading names in artisanal ciders and apple juice. Its cider is produced in Astigarraga at the Etxeberria artisanal cider mill. Made from apples grown in the Basque country, it is less acidic than some Basque ciders. Slightly effervescent and fruity, it retains a certain bitterness reminiscent of Breton cider. With its pronounced aromas of fresh apples, Sagardoa Kupela pays tribute to Basque gastronomy.
