The products offered by Monsieur Chouc come from the Fenioux pig farm: the animals are reared in the open air, in full compliance with the Bleu Blanc Coeur Label specifications, with pigs fed on cereals, vegetable proteins and linseed which promote the intake of omega 3. The site includes a slaughterhouse, a cutting room, a production unit for processed and preserved products, and a boutique. Poultry raised in the open air in the Landes and neighbouring départements are processed here: poulardes, guinea fowl, ducks... Not forgetting the star of the show: chicken. Gourmet specialties include pâté Chalossais (30% foie gras), guitteline (duck breast stuffed with foie gras) and duck axoa.

It was set up by 3 partners who were already doing direct sales just outside Mont-de-Marsan, where regular customers came to buy seasonal vegetables and dairy products. The store now supplies dozens of farms in the Landes and Lot-et-Garonne regions, at very attractive prices. Another store in Saint-Avit.
