Stephen has chosen to work with a handful of Madagascan producers, who are paid their fair share, and to offer premium-quality vanilla processed in Mauritius. Mauri Saveur's catalog includes fresh beans to be consumed within 4 months, vanilla powder from dried and ground beans, vanilla caviar and vanilla sugar.
