Gourmet corrézien specialises in duck and goose foie gras and its derivatives, such as neck stuffed with foie gras and fruit stuffed with foie gras. As an accompaniment, a whole range of jams: black cherries, onions, peppers? But also a selection of French wines particularly adapted to foie gras. And of course mushrooms, fresh or frozen Perigord truffles, ceps and dried morels. Gourmet Corrézien is present on the markets of Tulle on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, and Brive on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Château de Garbes, located in Gabarnac, is a winery offering a range of quality wines. Visitors can taste the château's wines in a cosy tasting cellar overlooking the vines and barrel cellar. The cellar is open all year round, except between Christmas and New Year's Day. It is also possible to organize events such as seminars or corporate meals in an adjacent function room. For over 20 years, this small producers' store has been welcoming gourmets and lovers of local produce. At the foot of the water tower in Vielle-Saint-Girons, stop in for a free tasting of their products: preserved duck and Chalosse pork (organic), foie gras, asparagus, cheeses, organic pastries, beehive products, regional groceries, Gascony wines and armagnac... Duck breeder for 3 generations, the Arnabar estate cultivates a know-how that combines traditional breeding and original recipes. The ducks come from the Irissarry farm and the products are processed in its workshop in Ossès. These products are available for sale in the shop in Ossès, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and at the halles d'Anglet as well as on the markets. In this superb shop, you will discover a large wooden bar where the fresh products of the house are hidden under a bell. The shop is also a showcase for artisanal products.

Truffle producer, selector of quality local produce... Christophe Meynard is everything in one. If he's not in his store in Saint-Emilion, it's probably because he's with Gucci, his Jack Russel, in one of his truffle fields in Saint-Philippe-d'Aiguille. On the menu: fresh truffles of course, truffle products (oils, honey, butter, foie gras, Saunion chocolate, etc.), dedicated accessories and gift boxes. Succeeding his parents, Olivier Dandieu is at the head of this poultry company, which was founded in Brassempouy over 50 years ago. The site includes a slaughterhouse, a cutting room, a production unit for processed and preserved products, and a boutique. Poultry raised in the open air in the Landes and neighbouring départements are processed here: poulardes, guinea fowl, ducks... Not forgetting the star of the show: chicken. Gourmet specialties include pâté Chalossais (30% foie gras), guitteline (duck breast stuffed with foie gras) and duck axoa.
