The CKCNT and its nautical base has access to a white water stadium, the Bras Vert site, between 8 and 24 m wide with a difference in level of almost 5 m, with an adaptable flow, 300 m long and with 3 basins of varying difficulty. The club organizes major competitions, and is the only one in France to be ranked in the National 1 in slalom and in lane racing. Every week, lessons for all, equipment rental and discovery sessions supervised by an instructor.

Divided into two banks by the Moselle River, the town of Épinal is a reference for canoe-kayak enthusiasts. The Canoe Kayak Club welcomes you to the M2A site in Riedisheim. Various activities are offered in addition to lessons. The club has been awarded the Terre de Jeux Paris 2024 label. The club's nautical base can accommodate athletes from international teams preparing for the Olympic Games. This project is being carried out in collaboration with the entire M2A region, and more specifically with the Centre sportif régional d'Alsace. For a descent from Ource to canoe it is here that you need to address. After making an appointment, departures are at the Ource Bridge at 10 am, 11 am, 13 pm or 14 pm. To start the safety instructions, then we're working with a jacket, we put the business in a tight bidon, and we're going to go for a 12-kilometre walk towards Essoyes that is the goal. In the light of the waves we admire the landscape, vineyards, old mills and many other things.

Canoe for beginners, kayak for the confirmed ones, is on the river with a vest and with an attendant. Before you leave, we agreed on a course because many excursions are possible here. Indeed, we sail on the Seine and its small arms. The atmosphere is relaxing and prices vary depending on the circuit, counting € 10 for a one hour walk. The Moder is the ideal river for family canoe trips (children aged 6 and over). H2O passion offers a range of circuits, accompanied or unaccompanied. Equipment (lifejackets, paddles) is provided. You can also learn to dive at H2O Passion with Frédéric, a state-certified diving instructor. And why not try your hand at paddleboarding? All in all, the range of leisure activities on offer is vast and caters for all tastes. The store also offers a wide range of equipment and accessories.

Do you like canoeing and champagne? So you will love this walk! The concept is simple: you take a guided tour on the Seine with monitors from the Canoe House in Troyes and finish with a discovery and tasting of the champagnes of the house Jean Josselin.

Tariff: about 25 € per person.

Duration: the ride on the Seine is about 1 h 30. For the tasting it is at the end of the walk of course!

Departure: Meet on the banks of the Seine in Courteron, usually in the morning (schedule to be defined with the house of the Canoë de Troyes).

Escape guaranteed! Just a step away from the Vesle bridge between Trigny and Muizon, get on board a two-seater canoe and discover the richness of the Champagne heritage by going down the Vesle. A 6 km bucolic escapade, ideal for a good time with family or friends. Cycling enthusiasts can opt for the free option and ride their bikes (with or without electric assistance) through the vineyards and forests of the Saint-Thierry massif before continuing the ride along the river. This will allow you to explore the region at your own pace.

Meuse Canoe offers climbing on the Meuse to experience a unique experience and discover nature, fauna and flora from the river. Canoes a place for initiation, two places or four for two adults and one child are for hire. The route between Charny-sur-Meuse and Regnéville presents no risk and allows you to enjoy the practice at the same time as the discovery of the aquatic environment. Two other courses are directed at beginners and one, around Verdun, to connoisseurs. It is possible to eat on the water in Charny.

On its own, the name of Gérardmer evokes the Vosges, its forests and its large natural spaces. One afternoon at the lake of Gérardmer is a rite of passage for anyone who spends time in the Vosges. And it's not its glacial origin that will frighten the bathers from taking advantage of its 115 hectares. Whether you are travelling or staying, you can explore the lake on one of the canoes or kayaks of the GSA Canoe Kayak. By renting time or by day, they will allow you to venture further than swimming. River raids are also organized by the club.

Do you like sports and strong sensations? Tame the rapids of the new white water stadium of Épinal. The agglomeration of Épinal has turned the port into a leisure site with the new Natur'O base, which is divided into three universes: "Natur'O vive" for whitewater activities (surfing, buoying, canoeing, rafting and kayaking), "Natur'O calme" for calm water activities (electric boat, canoe, kayak and paddle) and finally "Natur'O vélo" (mountain bike, VTC, VAE, Tandem, Fat Bike and trailer for children). A one-stop shop has been set up at the port of Épinal, at the Maison du Vélo.
