Discover the world of silence with this association created in 1995 by scuba diving enthusiasts! There is no doubt about it: it is affiliated with the very official Fédération Française d'Etudes et de Sports Sous- (FFESSM)! Its instructors provide training courses every Friday from 20 a. m. to 22 p. m. at the nautical stadium. Colmar Evasion Diving (CEP) also organizes outdoor outings to allow you to confirm your achievements in swimming pool. It should also be noted that the CEP offers free diving baptisms as well as summer animations for children in particular. Pure nature, here, there is everything to please young and old. Straddling the Meurthe-et-Moselle and the Vosges, these two lakes offer many outdoor activities: adventure park, bungee jumping, flying over the Pierre-Percée lake in a tyrol cable at more than 50 km/h, banana boat, paintball, go-karting, mountain bike and canoe rental, inflatable games for the little ones, without forgetting fishing and the leisure center of the Plaine lake where swimming is allowed.

The harbour master's office welcomes all sailors wishing to sail on the Orient Lake. It is also a tourist information point on the regional site, ideal for discovering all the activities and opportunities offered by the region. The Maison des lacs houses a club house, an exhibition room on the large lakes of the Seine (IIBRBS), and the harbour master's office for the information and reception of boaters.

Referring to the Rhine and the numerous thermal spas on the other side of the border, this aquatic complex features water carefully filtered by an ecological device. The real novelty is the wellness area with its green roof and nature-like colors. The outdoor area has been expanded with three pools (family pool, Olympic pool and diving pool), a play structure, a slide and a play area. It's a paradise for young and old, close to Mulhouse.

Whether you are an individual or a member of a works council, come and discover the warm and relaxing environment of the Etangs de la Ville. Bar, snack bar, barbecue and games for children will be offered to spend a relaxing moment dedicated to fishing. You will be loaned a trout fishing line. Whether you are a child or an adult, it will cost you €2.80 for each trout caught. There are also daily specials from 10 €.

Considered the green lung of downtown Metz with its 5.4 hectares, the Plan d'eau appears as the main summer gathering place. While sportsmen and women have a blast in the skate park or on the city stadiums, strollers take advantage of the path to go for a bike ride, walk or rollerblade. The children's playground and merry-go-round are crowded during the summer months. You can also take advantage of this to have a drink at the nearby refreshment stand. And why not rent a pedal boat for a nice ride on the water and see the city differently?

This area is a delight for young and old alike: fun pools with a grotto, buoys, water jets and waterfalls, paddling pools, slides... Here you can practice aquabike, aquaboxing, zumba and aquagym! Located opposite the Prés de Lyon park, this aquatic complex is a real place of leisure and aquatic activities for all ages and all tastes. Inside this space, open to the outside by huge windows, there are four pools: a sports pool, a paddling pool, a fun pool (with bubble bench, massaging jets and a counter-current river), and finally a learning pool. The staff is friendly, has a sense of humour and is thorough. As for the showers, they are hot as we like them!

Pleasant in summer, the complex allows you to sit on the lawn and cool off in a 195^m2 pool with massaging water jets, bubbling grills, a counter-current river and a slide for the youngest. Outside there is also a volleyball court. The interior is not to be outdone with its fitness centre which includes sauna, hammam, whirlpool and rest room in addition to the 25m x 15m swimming pool.

Aqualun' has a total surface area of over 5,000^m2, with 3 areas: aquatic, balneotherapy and fitness. The building is modern and well thought-out, making it both practical and pleasant. The changing rooms are spacious, mixed, clean and equipped for disabled people and families. The aquatic area is very bright, with a 25 m pool, a fun paddling pool for the little ones and a waterslide suitable for the whole family. The second pool, outside, is 50 m long, heated and accessible all year round, even in the rain or snow! A wide range of aquatic activities are on offer: baby sessions, mums-to-be, birthday parties, lessons, courses, mermaid classes, hydro-gym, hydro-biking... The balneo area is on the other side of the building, with special changing rooms: Zen atmosphere, central fireplace, 3 saunas, 1 hammam, bubble beds, a few jets, 2 submerged bicycles, an outdoor whirlpool bath at over 34°C, an ice fountain, a tropical shower, a cold shower... The third world, shape and fitness, offers a wide range of high-quality, innovative equipment and numerous group classes. Subscriptions to the balneo world include access to the aquatic world, while subscriptions to the shape & fitness world include access to the entire facility. Since 2020: a virtual reality headset for discovering or rediscovering classes and a fitness app to help you achieve your sporting goals.

Under its large glass roof, this pool is a paradise for children! It includes two playful and colorful paddling pools (indoor and outdoor), a central slide, a balneo course, a large pool and a training pool. The fitness room, the sauna and the hammam are accessible all year long. Outside in summer: shaded grassy areas for naps, playgrounds, ping-pong tables, a bowling alley, a volleyball court and picnic tables.

In this natural site, a meeting point for naturists, you will find the ideal setting to enjoy this way of life in complete serenity and safety. The clear waters of the pond and the calm that reigns there are particularly appreciated by the regulars. The place is public and people of all ages meet there. Sanitary facilities are present: WC, showers (the use of soap is not allowed), but also benches, tables for lunch ... Numerous activities are offered thanks to well-maintained facilities with free access.

This indoor pool includes a sports pool with a movable floor, a family pool, a leisure pool with a massaging bench, a waterfall and massaging jets, a paddling pool and two slides of 35 and 55 m. As soon as the weather is fine, you can sunbathe on the outdoor mineral and plant beach. All year round, sauna, hammam, solarium and whirlpool invite you to relax! Aquagym, aquabike and other aquatraining sessions are offered. To finish in beauty, you can relax in the cafeteria: drinks, sandwiches, ice creams and sweets.

Sport, leisure, fitness and relaxation: this water sports centre welcomes you in all seasons. Swimming pool, shallow play pool with counter-current swimming lane and massage jets, waterfalls and geyser, 60-metre tube slide, paddling pool with small slide and water games, whirlpool, relaxation and fitness area, outdoor facilities with playgrounds, terrace, solarium and snack bar: something for young and old alike!

Accessible only to pedestrians or cyclists to ensure peace and quiet, there are playgrounds and several relaxation areas. It is an ideal place for families, especially since it is possible to access it with a stroller. For the pleasures of water, it is possible to rent a "pedal boat" (from 2 to 6 seats) or a classic pedal boat to sail on the lake where swimming is prohibited. You can also go for a walk in the surrounding forest in a gyro-pod! Practical: a small restaurant is regularly open at the galleon.

Built in 1980, it is the only swimming pool in Eurométropole designed on this specific format. After reconstruction work, the Lingolsheim swimming pool made new skin. The opening of the dome, on a third of the surface of the swimming pool, makes it possible to enjoy the beautiful days. The two main basins are now in stainless steel. The complex comprises a leisure pool of 125 m ², a 55 m ² paddling pool, a 25-metre sports pool with 4 corridors. Changing rooms and showers are mixed.

The ultimate is outside: a water playground and a spacious plant solarium.

Activities of aquapower, aquazen, aquaphobie and local swimming pools for children are offered, thus courses for swimmers.

The Kruth-Wildenstein lake, a small haven of peace in the Vosges mountains, is the meeting place for budding sportsmen. When the weather is fine, the water sports center is ready to provide canoes (for up to 6 people), pedal boats and surf bikes. The calm waters of this large reservoir are not difficult to navigate, unless you want to go around them! Nearby, you will find tree climbing, hiking trails and the ruins of the Wildenstein castle.

Price: 12 € per half hour in a canoe (for 2 people), 12 € in a pedal boat.

Aquanova America offers a choice of 4 different areas: the aquatic area includes an outdoor pool in the summer, a sports pool, a fun pool, a solarium in the summer and a counter-current river. You can choose to relax in the Océane area with its steam rooms and saunas, its light therapy room and its Nordic pool. Children will have fun in the 200 m² Ludiboo playground and older children will enjoy the fitness room with group classes.

With the arrival of the first rays of sunshine, Lac Achard (a former gravel pit) is a popular spot for summer bathing and outdoor recreation. You can choose between a sandy beach and a large lawn to put your towel down and bask in the sun. And for those who prefer to let off steam, there are pitches for volleyball, soccer or pétanque. And if the weather turns nasty, you can take refuge in the nearby Hardt swimming pool. Water quality is regularly checked and swimming is supervised during the season.
