PARCOURS DE SANTE

Jogging Running

1 review

A health course was recently built on 2 km on the outskirts of the baths of Bains-les-Bains. Nothing like this to keep a young man's heart or simply discover the forest, which abounds with bilberries and mushrooms in the beautiful season, filled with deer and deer. You just have to be discreet. Explanatory panels will guide the hikers in their between either from the park, behind the Potinière, or near the cemetery, between the two roundabouts of the siding, towards the Bertramont where the markup begins. Mountain biking can be preferred as the surrounding forest has no less than 150 km of marked circuits.

PARCOURS SPORTIF

Jogging Running

In the communal forest, you can reach this place by CD 417. A aménagée is ready for picnics, and children have games here to chill out. The sports course also allows for a few exercises, while a small botanical route, just next to it, gives the opportunity to familiarise itself with the names of the trees. There is also a rented cottage (information at 03 25 31 87 77). For hiking, the circuits are marked: Circuit circuit, marked in blue and yellow and long 8 km and that of the Cul-de-sac, marked in green and yellow over 12 km.

Surprising, this old tree within which the kids like to sit down. Then the journey begins, punctuated by signs explaining the sports movements to try to keep the shape. Other signs comment on the flora, and the walk is aimed at everyone.
