In the heart of the old city, just next to the Craffe gate, EMAN has been offering music classes for everyone for over 20 years. Children (from 4-5 years old) as well as adults will find courses adapted to their age and level. Several styles of music are taught: jazz, rock, latino... as well as many instruments, from accordion to double bass, drums or clarinet. The individual lessons take place during 1/2h and the group lessons 1h30 per week, easy to adapt to your schedule.

For over 50 years, Yamaha has been developing music teaching methods adapted to young children, teenagers and adults. Inaugurated in September 2015 and directed by Jean-Michel Durand, the Yamaha Music School in Colmar is the only one of its kind in the Grand Est region. In 2006, the Strasbourg Conservatoire, founded in 1855, moved to the Cité de la Musique et de la Danse. This renowned school trains musicians, dancers, choreographers and actors. The Institut Musical de Haute Alsace offers music lessons in Oltingue. They offer progressive accordion training, adapted to the pace of each student. The institute has also recently obtained the state diploma in instrumental teaching, with an option in accordion. The institute has also announced some new features for the start of the 2019/2020 school year, including the possibility of a trial period at any time of the year.
