Winters are cold with average minimum temperatures ranging from -4°C to 3°C with frequent snow and rainfall, summers are cool and humid at night and in the morning with average minimum temperatures of 16°C to 17°C, and hot days ranging from 23°C to 32°C and even up to 40°C in July and August.
