Casa Museú is above all a tribute to Almada Negreiros, a Santomean artist from the beginning of the 20th century, who was born in the Saudade plantation. No menu, but a menu composed of two small starters, a traditional local dish and a dessert. It's simple, copious, with a pleasant presentation.

People come from all over the region to taste the famous crabs of this restaurant, which is named after a large crab fished at a depth of 1,000 meters, according to the inhabitants. Here it is cooked in the Creole style, slightly spiced. Its thick flesh is a real treat. Also on the menu are fish, shrimp and lobster, caught on the day. An address not to be missed on the island!

The owner of this container transformed into a maquis serves simple dishes based on grilled fish (concon) accompanied by breadfruit or chips. However, one should not be in a hurry, the service being a little long. But in the meantime, you can enjoy delicious local fruit juices prepared with delicacy or a cold beer. Run by a Porto-Gabonese couple, Jaïny and José, this establishment with its large terrace will delight your taste buds with its well-prepared dishes, cooked in front of you in a beautiful kitchen opening onto the airy dining room. The menu is limited to a few meats, fish and daily specials, but everything is well presented and hearty. Try the barracuda or the braised chicken, both delicious. There's not much choice of dessert either, but a creamy homemade chocolate mousse!
