Iceland appears to have contained the VIDOC pandemic-19. The country is planning to welcome travellers this summer to avoid a quarantine period, the government proposes to make tests available at Keflavik International Airport for testing upon arrival in the country, starting in mid-June. As a reminder, Iceland is one of the countries to have tested its population the most, more than 15% of the people. In the event of a positive result, travellers will have to return to their homes or hotels, be isolated for at least 14 days and download a tracking application. To avoid quarantine, a simple medical certificate attesting to a negative result may also suffice. This is a matter to be monitored very closely. More information on the Écho touristique website
