A warm décor inspired by pre-war shops, cellars and pantry of back kitchens where it was good to steal a little something to nibble on! Daniel Letz, a native of Alsace, put his knowledge of smoking at the service of the house's salmon and herring. Convivial tastings are regularly organised around the long farm table.
LÜTZHØFTS GROCERY STORE (LÜTZHØFTS KØBMANDSGÅRD)
Read moreThis traditional grocery store is an annex of the Roskilde Museum devoted to regional life. In an early 20th-century atmosphere, you can buy handmade brushes, sugar loaves, herrings in barrels, flour sold by weight on scales... All the products are authentic and of the highest quality. The manufacturers have played the game by reverting to the packaging used in the 1910-1920s. The products are therefore a little expensive.
