Chez Miriam is a very popular soda shop for the locals, and we understand why! The food is simply delicious. On the way down to San Gerardo de Dota, the establishment is located in a small house with windows to the outside. In the back, a large balcony overlooks the valley and allows you to watch the birds. We even saw a quetzal that day! The casado and the trout filet a la plancha, the specialties of the house, are excellent. Miriam and her daughter Anna will give you a warm welcome.

As its name suggests, at Alma de Arbol, we want to share with you the soul of the village, the soul of the Tree. A friendly café-restaurant with a modern and refined decoration.
