Here you'll find a selection of original local arts and crafts unique to Guadeloupe: seed jewelry creations, colorful foutas and kikoys, embroidered tablecloths, semi-precious stones, paintings and photos from the West Indies, sculptures, blown glass creations, beachwear and local produce, all Guadeloupe rums and Fabienne Youyoute's excellent ice creams and other homemade sweets. Philippe Cazalis, a native of Marie-Galante and a craftsman for thirty years, presents his creations of seed jewelry, gourd lighting, wooden tables, canvases, small furniture... Her creations are unique, design-driven and handcrafted. His raw materials (seeds, wood, calabashes from the Grande Rivière valley in Vieux-Habitants...) come from Guadeloupe or Marie-Galante. Philippe Cazalis also exhibits throughout the Caribbean in solo shows and fairs.

The aim of this 100% local crafts boutique is to promote local designers. Here, each designer is a member of the association initiated by Christelle, the founder and president, herself a designer. The space hosts occasional workshops and exhibitions, as well as a showroom and, of course, a boutique. From accessories, jewelry and cosmetics to ready-to-wear, works of art and decorative objects, this place is a treasure trove of nuggets made in Marie-Galante, to give or to treat yourself. The boutique also has its own e-shop.

Catherine, aka Kty, has set up a concept in her boutique that enables her to showcase the work of artists and craftspeople from Guadeloupe and the rest of the Caribbean, for whom the commercial aspect remains an obstacle. Kty takes charge of promoting their creations, with an animation space that constantly evolves according to the events offered throughout the year. The boutique features designer clothes, accessories, bags and jewelry, some of which are exceptional pieces.

These charming handmade candles and small scented waxes, handmade by Céline, are as decorative as they are delicious. Like a bouquet of flowers, they allow you to create personalized atmospheres but also to change the atmosphere according to each room or the time of the day. One makes handmade soaps and cosmetics using the traditional technique of cold saponification and from natural products while the second creates jewelry with many materials (wood, stones, shells, pearls ...), bags ... as well as honey from the Desirade, watercolors, paintings by local artists, pottery made with the earth of the island ...

This craft shop made 100% in Guadeloupe opened its doors in mid-December 2019. The artist customizes and realizes the decoration of porcelain items (mugs, coffee trays, plates ...). It can be an existing model, present in the album of the shop or a personalized model on request. The shop does not only offer porcelain, but also beautiful embroidered masks (for adults, but also for children) and all kinds of fabric creations entirely hand sewn by a Guadeloupean craftsman.

Close to the pier, this attractivelounge boutique is housed in a stone-walled building dating from the late ^18th century. It's easy to spot thanks to the many plants that line the entrance. A multitude of exclusively local and particularly original products are on offer (clothing, beachwear, sand paintings, honey, a range of rums, perfumed mustard, ketchup, foie gras... all handcrafted). They also offer a tapas menu and a chance to sample the rums on sale.
