VENDREDI SAINT

On this holiday, most villages celebrate the Passion of Christ with processions depicting the last hours of Christ. Some inhabitants are dressed as biblical characters, others have chains as a sign of penance. A festival full of colour and religious tradition. A tradition that has been going on since the 16th century.
