The excursions leave from Ponte to Gaio, unique access to the gorge, and are guided if you wish (reservation by email required in advance). It is necessary to provide adequate equipment because the rocks are slippery (light shoes are prohibited). Headsets are provided by the reception centre. Access to animals is not allowed.

The city of Grottaglie, also known as the city of the many caves, takes place on a territory characterized by vast and deep ravines in limestone rock. These karst crevices are the most spectacular sights in the area. All deserve to be stopped.
