Every summer, Monaco City Hall organises exhibitions on different themes, an opportunity to combine discovery and culture in some of the Principality's most remarkable places:

"Flora Magnifica" presented by the Exotic Garden of Monaco and the Media Library of Monaco with the assistance of the Ecole Supérieure d'Arts Plastiques - Pavillon Bosio highlights botanical illustration and traces the evolution of the representation of the plant kingdom since the birth of modern botany in the 18th century, dealing in turn with the different techniques used (watercolour, drawing, photography...) and the reasons for their use. It also reserves a place for Monegasque and regional illustrators and botanists such as Etienne Clerissi, Jean-Baptiste Barla or Honoré Ardoïno

Considered as one of the most recognized artists of the contemporary scene in the United States (she has already joined very prestigious private and public collections such as MOMA, The Art Institute of Chicago, The Brooklyn Museum...), Mickalene Thomas has also recently benefited from important personal exhibitions in Europe. This exhibition is also an opportunity to discover the Ecole Supérieure d'Arts Plastiques, which welcomes several dozen students every year at the Bosio Pavilion, whom it trains in scenography
