Read moreThe Blue Spring, also known as the "Lalla Zninia Spring", is one of Tiznit's listed attractions. Located at the foot of the ramparts, on a small square, it has only its name in blue. Its interest lies more in the legend that gave rise to its name: a long time ago, a certain Lalla Zninia (prostitute, it is said) came to this very place to beg Allah to forgive her for her sins. He would then have signified his forgiveness by making this spring flow. The deceased is now buried inside the Great Mosque of Tiznit.
